Submission Guidelines
The Journals follow the guidelines of Committee on Publication Ethics.
The Journals suggest that authors follow the Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing, and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals provided by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) for health care related and relevant research.
North Bengal Publications (NBP) is committed to uplift the integrity of the academic domains. We suggest authors to refer to the Committee on Publication Ethics’ International Standards for Authors and take ideas from the author responsibilities section on the NBP Journal Author Gateway.
We also suggest you to study our Editorial Policies and our Publication Ethics Policies.
NBP publishes high-quality research globally, we are positive towards diversity and inclusiveness in publishing. We suggest submissions and peer review from all authors and reviewers from different countries and domains. We suggest to follow diversity, equity, and inclusion.
There are no fees payable to submit or publish in the journals. The journals offer open access to impart education to all.

Peer review policy
The journals’ peer review procedure is summed up as follows:
Transparency of identity: Double-anonymized
The reviewer communicates with: Editor
Review of published information: none
An initial review of your manuscript will be conducted. It will be sent back to you for revisions before peer review if it doesn’t meet the standards outlined in these guidelines. If a manuscript is deemed inappropriate or outside the journals’ focus, it may be desk rejected without peer review at this stage.
Following successful completion of the preliminary assessment, your manuscript will undergo peer review. As soon as a decision is made, you will be informed.
Every paper is examined as quickly as feasible without sacrificing rigour. Reviewers provide feedback to the author and suggestions to the editor, who subsequently decides whether to accept any submission, including those that are included in a special issue. On occasion, the Editor or members of the Editorial Board may submit their own papers to the Journal for potential publication. In these situations, the submitting Editor or Board member will not participate in the decision-making process; instead, alternative Board members will oversee the peer review process.
Plagiarism
Plagiarism, copyright infringement, and other violations of publication best practices are taken very severely by the journals and NBP.
After acceptance
Author’s Publishing Agreement
As the owner of the rights, we require the author to sign a Journal Contributor’s Publishing Agreement before to publishing. Because NBP’s Journal Contributor’s Publishing Agreement is an exclusive license agreement, the author keeps the copyright to the work but gives NBP the only authority to publish for the duration of the copyright.
Production
Throughout the production process, your NBP Production Editor will update you on the status of your piece. The corresponding author will have access to the proofs, which must be returned as soon as possible to prevent publication delays. In order to ensure that all author information, including as names, affiliations, sequence, and contact details, as well as any Funding and Conflict of Interest disclosures, are accurate, authors are reminded to carefully review their proofs. This represents your last chance to edit your manuscript. After publication, there won’t be any further corrections possible. At this point, changes to the author list are not allowed.
